Titanic Comes to Ireland

"Titanic: Blood and Steel"

Fantastic news, Claudine, our Casting Director is delighted to announce that we will be supplying all the extras to the biggest production to sail into Ireland this year, "Titanic: Blood and Steel" will begin to film shortly.

Directed by the brilliant Ciaran Donnelly (Camelot, The Tudors, George Gently and the rest........), the 12 part drama will be shot around Dublin over the next 3 months.

The production takes a different twist on the more traditional story and focuses on the real lives of the people who built the ship over 15 years.

2,500 Extra Days

There will be a whopping 2,500 extra days on the production. Claudine, our Casting Director, says:

"I will be looking for Men with short back & sides AND long on top also a lot of men with facial hair, full beards & moustaches  - so start growing that hair but absolutely no blond/obvious hair dye!

Women with grown out/unplucked out eyebrows, also absolutely NO blond/highlights or obvious hair dye. So start either growing that hair/beard or go to the barber and start taking out that obvious hair dye and growing those eyebrows! 

Days will be long, so it will be very early starts & late finishes all days in the Dublin area but its a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a piece of history about the building of the Titanic!!"
